Our Restaurant, the 700, has been entrusted to Paulo Airaudo, the ambitious Italian-Argentine chef who has already a Michelin star in Geneva, San Sebastian and London. Exuding culinary promise, the centuries-old vaulted stone room opens onto the traditional oil mill and the state-of-the-art kitchen. Beyond the terrace: the swimming pool and the garden with its aromatic herbs and its orange grove. Chef Airaudo’s personal cuisine is quintessentially Pugliese but with a very personal touch. It is also here that we serve breakfasts and afternoon tea. Of course, our jams, homemade bread and other delicious pleasures are sourced from small local producers!
Mixology and instant gratification
Past the door and the reception, the Bar 700 and the lounge. A beautiful space made especially interesting by its 8.5 meter-long stone counter clad in antique argentine tin-plates. Here, the muted colors but also the local wines, innovative cocktails and a wide collection of local spirits provide instant relaxation. Soft sofas, finger foods and small bites complete the setting for an evening of enjoyment by the fireplace. Wine tastings in our cellar can be reserved with our Sommelier.
In the summer season, enjoy a local aperitif served poolside, the only pool available in the historical centre of Ostuni. Bask in the sun on the sunloungers and let the aromas of the Mediterranean surround you.
Absolute seafront luxury! Our seaside restaurant is located directly by the water at our sister property, the P-Beach Lido in nearby Specchiolla. Enjoy cocktails and gastronomic delights sourced with high quality local ingredients. Bar and restaurant services are availble whilst relaxing on your sunlounger.
